BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
From Celia Huey: she doesn't cook much but she has this one down to a science!!
-1block 8oz. cream cheese
-1/2 jar T. Marzetti chunky blue cheese
-1/2 bottle Frank's hot sauce
-1 large can Chicken breast
-1 package of shredded cheese
Mix the soft cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and chicken. Put into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
Serve with chips or scoops
CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

Crockpot version
-Place ingredients below in sprayed crockpot:
1-2 can lg chicken in can drained and shredded with fork.
1/2 onion, chopped
1/3 large package Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 can milk
-Stir to mix well.
-Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
-30 minutes before serving add broken spaghetti noodles. (12 oz. spaghetti)
-Serve with cheese on top.
-Freezes well for later use.
